Bust measurement: Measure your bust by placing the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest. 

Waist measurement: Measure your waist about halfway point between your belly button and the bottom of your ribs. This is about 1" above your belly button. 

Hip measurement (high): Measure about 3-4" below your waist, around your hip bones.

Hip measurement (low): Measure around the fullest part of your butt.

Thigh measurement: Measure around the fullest part of your thigh. About 1" below the crotch.
