Everything in this little shop is handmade to order, or produced in small batches. Please keep in mind I am a one woman show running the site, designing, shipping orders, doing freelance projects & all the things.


 Please feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing anything. I do my best to accurately describe, photograph and measure each item but since it is all handmade and film, screens and cameras vary; these are guidelines and not perfect.


 I want everything you purchase here to be well loved and for you to know that every purchase matters. I try to support local business and craftspeople in every facet of what I do.There is also NO paid advertising so I really appreciate any word of mouth and sharing anything you love on my site with friends and family. <3

 RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:

 

Please note all of these policies are here so that I can continue to be able to make clothing for you while respecting my time and energy. This is a very small business and I can not compete with large corporations & I think, that is A OK. 

 I can not accept returns or exchanges on made to order items, sale or sample sale items. This of course makes every piece even more special, since it was made specifically for you!
 

Pre-orders & ready to ship items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving them. Pre-orders can not be cancelled after they have been placed, (sorry lot's of work goes into all of this).

Please just shoot me an email to get approval if you need to exchange your order. That way I can provide the return shipping address as well. Please provide your order number and let me know what you would like it to be exchanged for so I can hold it for you. If I do not have the item you wanted to exchange your item for you will be refunded and I will charge a 15% restocking fee (any & all returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee). Items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please use trackable & insured shipping methods. Unfortunately I can not control things after I ship them so I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have a shipping issue please reach out to the shipping courier.

If you are shipping something back to me please include a note in the package with your order number, why you are sending it back plus any other pertinent info. <3
