Shipping policy

 

Shipments are sent from Los Angeles, California. I strive get your orders out as quickly as possible. I ship Monday-Friday, typically within 3 business days. However I am one person doing all the things so depending on how busy it is it can take longer. For items that are preorder or made to order, check product page for shipping info. 

Once your order ships, you will get an email update in your inbox. 

Jem! of California is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please consider the security of your delivery address before placing your order. Once the item leaves our hands, we are not responsible if it’s lost or stolen. We recommend choosing a shipping method that requires a signature if you have had issues with receiving items in the past. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.
